MW Green Power Export and Capital Leasing IFN bonds issues will float on BVB s Multilateral Trading System

Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) informs that 2 corporate bonds issues of MW Green Power Export (MWGP21) and Capital Leasing IFN (CL22) will start trading on BVB’s Multilateral Trading System (MTS).

MW Green Power Export bonds (MWGP21)
The bonds of the photovoltaic electricity producer MW Green Power Export will start trading on Friday, November 8th, under the ticker MWGP21.
The issue has a cumulative value of over RON 3mn and includes 30,380 bonds with a nominal value of RON 100 and will be guaranteed with the amounts that will be collected by the issuer as a result of the selling of the generated electricity. The securities have a 3yrs maturity and a fixed interest rate of 8% p.a., payable on a half year basis. The bonds were issued as part of a private placement brokered by Tradeville in November - December 2018 and were bought by 29 investors and 3 investors. The funds attracted through the bonds issue were used by the company for a partial reimbursement of a bond issue that will reach maturity in 2020.
The company's shareholding includes the Certinvest Green Closed-End Fund (56.85% of the shares), NG Return Expert (43.07%) and Stratus Invest Capital (0.08%).

Capital Leasing IFN bonds (CL22)
The bonds of the non-banking financial institution will float on Tuesday, November 12th, under the ticker CL22.
The issue has a value of RON 3.7mn and consists of 37,450 bonds with a nominal value of RON 100, with a 3yrs maturity and a fixed interest rate of 8.9% p.a. payable on a half-year basis and they are guaranteed with the future debts that Capital Leasing IFN has to collect from the clients.
The financing was attracted by Capital Leasing IFN through a private placement brokered by Prime Transaction, in which 8 investors legal entities participated. The funds attracted will be used by the company in order to develop and implement a new financial product: internal, open factoring, with regress.
Capital Leasing IFN is part of the Capital Group, along with Capital Fleet Services, Capital Asig - Insurance Broker, Capital Auto and Capital Financial Technology, a group of companies with activities in the financial, insurance, technology, IT&C and car management sectors. The share capital of Leasing IFN includes Capital Asig-Insurance Broker (50% of shares), Iuliu Viorel Nica (40%), Cristina Gabriela Nica (9%) and Dumitru Nica (1%).
